- If your ring can not be repaired, we will replace it through Engage
- Unlimited ring resizing
- Free shipping both ways
- Unlimited rhodium plating
- Unlimited refinishing and polishing
- Replacement of broken, bent, or worn prongs
- Tightening of loose stones
- Repair or replacement of cracked or thinning band or shank
The above lifetime warranties are based on normal wear and tear and manufacturer defects.
The Forever Lifetime Warranty applies to jewelry set and sold by Engage. We cannot offer the Forever Lifetime Warranty on loose diamonds.
The Forever Lifetime Warranty can only be issued to a United States address. It cannot be offered to addresses outside of the United States.
The limit per item is up to $30,000.
