• Engage will provide FREE of Charge Shipping and Insurance for your
ring sizing within the first 30 days.

We will issue you a Submission Form for your ring sizing. Please print a
copy of the form and fill out and sign the first page of the form. Place
the copy inside with your return.
Engage will supply you with a prepaid and pre-insured Return Label. Engage
will supply you with a Reference Number that you will need to note on your
mailing box and label.
How to Prepare Your Return
To return a purchase to Engage, please follow these simple steps:
- • Package Your Return.
• Ensure that your item is wrapped well and cushioned to prevent
damage in shipment. You can use padding such as a crumpled up
newspaper to minimize rattling. You can also use a padded FedEx
envelope to place the item and then put that envelope in a box.
• You must ship the item in a box (such as a FedEx box. Do not use an
envelope for the shipment.)
