Engage Return Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted by your jewelry purchase. Please review our policy, see procedure below.

  • • If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it.
  • • Engage will provide FREE of Charge Shipping and Insurance for your Return/Exchange within the first 30 days.
  • • All products should be returned in the original condition they were received.
  • • Products that have been specially ordered, customer designed, modified (i.e. sized, engraved, etc.), worn or abused will not be accepted for refunds. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • • Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record, and in the exact method of the original form of payment.

Additional Conditions

All sale items are sold as is and considered final sale. Sale items are not eligible for special order, refund or exchange.
Any free gifts with purchase must be returned with products that are to be refunded. Refunds may not be granted or granted in-full to products that are not returned with any free gifts.
Products returned without original packaging and/or with missing materials are subject to an additional restocking fee of 5% up to $75.00. Products returned without a Return Authorization provided by Engage are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Trade Up Program

  • • Engage will give you 100% of the value of your center stone originally purchased from Engage towards a diamond upgrade. Your upgrade needs to be 50% more value on a Mined diamond and 100% more value on a Lab Grown diamond than the diamond you are trading up.
  • • Please contact us at 877-212-0858 or email us at concierge@engagejeweler.com to arrange submitting your diamond for evaluation. Diamond will be examined for damage and verification. Please note that it will be necessary to remove your diamond from the mounting for this inspection.
  • • While we cannot offer a trade up value on your setting, we are happy to replace your diamond with a simulated diamond (a Cubic Zirconia) in its place. You can wear your older setting as a second ring.

Time Exchange Option

Engage offers one exchange per original order. within 30 days of delivery of your purchase for no additional charge. We will credit the original item(s) and apply the credit to your exchanged selection If the exchange is also not satisfactory. The exchanged purchase will be considered a final sale.

We will issue you a Return Authorization Number for your return. Please print a copy of the email that you will receive and place the copy inside with your return.
For returns requested during the 30-day free return period, Engage will supply you with a prepaid and pre-insured Return Label with your RA number.

How to Prepare Your Return

To return a purchase to Engage, please follow these simple steps:

If we send you a Return Label, this address will be on the label. Be sure to include all original packaging. If your item was delivered with a diamond Grading Report and that Diamond Grading Report is not returned, you may be liable for a replacement cost of $150.00 for any diamond of under 1.50 carats or $100.00 per carat for any diamonds weighing more than 1.50 carats (for example $200.00 for a 2.00 carat diamond).

Once We Receive Your Item

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items which have been worn, show signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Items which are not returned with an identifiable Return Authorization Number may be refused and returned to the sender. Items which are received and do not qualify for return may also be returned to sender and will not be eligible for financial reimbursement. Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record, and in the exact method of the original form of payment.
