All sale items are sold as is and considered final sale. Sale items are not eligible for special order, refund or exchange.
Any free gifts with purchase must be returned with products that are to be refunded. Refunds may not be granted or granted in-full to products that are not returned with any free gifts.
Products returned without original packaging and/or with missing materials are subject to an additional restocking fee of 5% up to $75.00. Products returned without a Return Authorization provided by Engage are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We will contact you within 24 hours Monday-Friday any Purchase over $2000.00 prior to issuing a Return Authorization.
We will issue you a Return Authorization Number for your return. Please print a copy of the email that you will receive and place the copy inside with your return.
For returns requested during the 30-day free return period, Engage will supply you with a prepaid and pre-insured Return Label with your RA number. For returns outside of the 30-day free return period, Engage will supply you with an RA number that you will need to note on your mailing box and label.

If we send you a Return Label, this address will be on the label.
Be sure to include all original packaging. If your item was delivered with a diamond Grading Report and that Diamond Grading Report is not returned, you may be liable for a replacement cost of $150.00 for any diamond of under 1.50 carats or $100.00 per carat for any diamonds weighing more than 1.50 carats (for example $200.00 for a 2.00 carat diamond).
Insure Your Package if outside of the 30-day free return period. Please refer to your invoice to insure for the full value of your return.
If your return is less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier and declare the total retail value of the contents. Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
If your return is more than $500: Ship Package via US Postal Service Registered Mail and insure it for the total retail value of the contents. Request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Please note that FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.
Engage is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items which have been worn, show signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Items which are not returned with an identifiable Return Authorization Number may be refused and returned to the sender. Items which are received and do not qualify for return may also be returned to sender and will not be eligible for financial reimbursement.
Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record, and in the exact method of the original form of payment.
